This Privacy Policy explains what information Bannerly (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our banner approval platform, how we use it, who we share it with and how we protect it.

• Campaign and banner files you upload

• Strictly necessary cookies (login session, language choice)

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union (Finland). We apply industry-standard security measures, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption of data in transit
• Passwords stored only as irreversible hashes (bcrypt)
• Regular security updates and daily database backups
• Access control and authentication

5. Data sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising. For the service to work, data is passed only to the following processors, and only to the extent a given feature requires:

5.1 Artificial intelligence features

Data is sent to Anthropic only when you use one of these features:

• Chat assistant — your messages and, so that it can answer accurately, basic information about your campaigns.
• Editing a banner with AI — the files of the banner being edited (HTML code and images) and your description of the change.
• Export to specification — the banner's HTML code, where it has to be adapted to a specific platform's specification.

Anthropic processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. If you do not want the data to be shared, do not use these features — the rest of the platform works without them.

5.2 Transfers outside the EU

We store data in the European Union. Cloudflare and Anthropic are US companies, so some data may be processed outside the EU. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5.3 Other cases

• To law enforcement authorities where required by law
• To other parties only with your explicit consent

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies — for the login session and language choice. We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. You can delete cookies in your browser settings (you will then need to log in again).

We keep your data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Children's privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by e-mail or through the platform.
